No referral needed/ Sedation options on every procedure/ Patients ages 9 and up

In the majority of cases all four come out at the same time, so you go through the procedure and the anesthesia once, and you go home the same day.
Every implant case is planned on a 3D scan of your jaw before surgery day, so the implant goes exactly where the bone and the bite need it.
Local anesthetic, oral sedation, or IV sedation. You choose your comfort level at the consultation, and nobody talks you out of being comfortable.
01 / Wisdom teeth
Most people need their wisdom teeth out in their late teens or early twenties. Our surgeons remove all four in one visit, under the level of sedation you choose, and all patients go home the same day.
Wisdom teeth, the third molars at the very back of your mouth, usually begin to develop in the late teens to early twenties. For most people there simply is not enough room for them. When a wisdom tooth is impacted or crowded, it can push against neighboring teeth, trap food and bacteria under the gum, and set off pain, swelling, or repeat infections.
Removing problem wisdom teeth early, before the roots fully form and the jawbone hardens, generally means a simpler surgery and an easier recovery. That is why dentists and orthodontists often recommend an evaluation in the late-teen years, even before symptoms start.
In the majority of cases all four wisdom teeth come out at the same time, so you only go through the procedure and the anesthesia once. The surgery itself typically takes under an hour, and any stitches used are usually dissolvable and come out on their own. All patients go home the same day. If you are sedated, a driver takes you home while the numbness wears off, and most patients are resting on the couch by lunchtime.
02 / Dental implants
A dental implant replaces the whole tooth, root and all. It looks natural, feels solid, and with good care it can last for decades.
A dental implant is a small titanium post that takes the place of a missing tooth root. Once it fuses with your jawbone, a process called osseointegration, it becomes a rock-solid anchor for a crown that looks and works like a natural tooth. Unlike a bridge, an implant does not lean on the neighboring teeth, and unlike a removable denture, it never slips.
Implants also protect the jaw itself. When a tooth is lost, the bone that held it begins to shrink away. An implant keeps that bone stimulated and preserves the shape of your smile and face over time.
Implant placement is surgery, and the planning matters as much as the placement. Your surgeon is trained in both dentistry and medicine, and plans every case on 3D imaging so the implant goes exactly where the bone and the bite need it. If your jaw needs preparation first, bone grafting and sinus lift procedures are done here, in the same office, by the same surgeon.
Most healthy adults with a missing or failing tooth are candidates. Bone loss, gum disease, and certain medical conditions can change the plan but rarely rule implants out entirely, and grafting can rebuild bone that has been missing for years. The only way to know your options for sure is a consultation and a scan.
That is the usual span from placement to final crown. Most of it is quiet healing time while the implant fuses with your bone. Your written plan lays out your own timeline before anything is scheduled.

Exceptional care starts with listening.
I have been to dentists where you’re almost afraid to go in, because you know what’s coming. When I came in, I saw Dr. Doroshenko and I was put to sleep. When I woke up, everything was all done and I could go home.
It was really important to me that we found a provider that was compassionate and just gentle, and that didn’t push us in and out the door. They were all so kind and compassionate, answered all of our questions, and I really felt like my daughter was just in the absolute best hands.
The atmosphere at Orange Blossom Oral Surgery is very calming. I look for the doctor who is going to be concentrated on you and your care, isn’t in it for any other reason but to make you feel better, and to get you out of discomfort or pain.
Dr. Doroshenko is a very nice person. She was very patient, and I had a great experience.
